Acer Malaysia has announced the arrival of the Acer Nitro V 15 gaming laptop in the country, with pricing starts at RM3,099.
This entry-level gaming laptop comes in two variants with only one change- the one priced at RM3,099 is using an Nvidia RTX 20 Series card. Which is now two generations old. That explains the rather cheap price tag (for a gaming laptop).
The other variant sports the latest generation Nvidia RTX 40 Series GPU. Both variants are using Intel’s 13th-gen Intel Core processors.
Unlike the previous Acer Nitro 16 laptops, which uses 16-inch screens, the Acer Nitro V 15 is back with the good old 15.6-inch screen form factor.

The Acer Nitro V 15 won’t be the hardware of choice to run the latest big-budget AAA games at high specs, but it should be able to run most games at a just good enough performance.
It should be a good fit for students who want to casually game on the side, the price point here, even with the RTX 40 variant, is rather reasonable.
