Asus Malaysia has announced that the 2026 refresh of the ROG Zephyrus slim gaming laptops are now available in Malaysia.
The ROG Zephyrus G14 and G16 are equipped with either Intel Core Series 3 or AMD Ryzen AI 9 4 series processors, weigh less than 2kg, equipped with ROG Nebula HDR-badged OLED screens and quite the eye-watering price tag. These slim gaming laptops are proper premium stuff.
The ROG Zephyrus 2026 laptops also don’t skimp on cooling, crucially so given its packing heat with those top-end processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX GPUs. The 14-inch Zephyrus G14 has a quad-heatpipe setup (normal laptops usually have two heatpipes) while the Zephyrus G16 has a vapour chamber setup. Both the 2026 G14 and G16 comes with a tri-fan cooling setup and a redesign bottom panel with improved ventilation and optimised exhaust vent.
If you’re more a fan of the Zephyrus’ aesthetics rather than, well, fans, the 2026 refresh also upgraded the Slash Lighting Array, the diagonal line filled with lighting with customisable patterns adorning the laptop lid. It now has 35 zones instead of 7.
Ports-wise, all the of the 2026 Zephyrus laptops come with two USB-C ports that support Thunderbolt 4, a DisplayPort, and 100W power delivery. The latter means you can charge the laptop through USB-C. There’s also a pair of USB-A 3.2 ports, an HDMI 2.1 port and even an SD/microSD reader, depending on the model.
