Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Pac-Man Pack DLC Now Available

Another racer joins Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds beginning today. The Pac-Man Pack paid DLC is now available, adding another platformer mascot to rip around corners through the cross-worlds with Sonic and friends and enemies.

The Pac-Man Pack DLC adds two new racers, one of which have four interchangeable skins, a new Machine, a new track, and new songs.

Pac-Man is of course one of the racers, but he’s accompanied by one of the ghosts, Blinky. Blinky is the one with extra skins, so players can drive/ride as Inky, Pinky or Clyde instead.

With the launch of a new content, free or otherwise, comes a new limited-time Festival. From January 9, 8AM (+8 GMT, Malaysia Time) to January 12, 7.59 AM, the Pac-Man Festival is one where team races are the name of the game. Every hour, the extra challenge where the team that did the most gets extra points enough to swing them into victory rotates.

Rewards for the Pac-Man Festival includes new decals, new titles, a special new gadget (that will be made available for everyone later if you missed out) and a new horn.

Last month, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds adds free guest character Nights, from Sega’s Nights: Into Dreams (with a whole limited-time event) during the holiday weekend.

The next free content, which will see the appearance of Super Monkey Ball’s AiAi, will be coming in February. It has been delayed from its expected release which was sometime this month.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is out now on PS4, PS5, PC (Steam), Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. It’s in Gamer Matters’ Top 10 Games of 2025. Check out our review of the game here.
