New Dragon Ball Game “Age 1000” Teased, Releasing In 2027

Bandai Namco has revealed a whole new Dragon Ball game at the Dragon Ball Genkidamatsuri.

The new game, referred to as Dragon Ball Game Project “Age 1000” is set to launch in 2027.

Age 1000 is set in a “brand-new Dragon Ball world” featuring original characters, all of them designed by the late Akira Toriyama.

The trailer shows one of the new characters, in their 2D art and 3D rendition, fighting like a Super Saiyan. They even go Super Saiyan by the end of it, yellow hair and all. Silhouettes of familiar faces, including Goku, is seen.

What exactly Age 1000 will turn up as, and whether that will be its final title or not, is still unclear. More details of the new game project will be revealed at another upcoming Dragon Ball event, Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2026, on April 19-20.
