Two Shift Up games collide as the action-adventure Stellar Blade and the free-to-play shooter Goddess Of Victory: Nikke are having a collaboration. In both games.
For Nikke, this is in the form of a Stellar Blade free limited-time event. Three new Stellar Blade characters are now available to unlock: Eve (SSR), Raven (SSR) and Lily (SR).
In addition to that, a new story event “Memories Teller” has gone live, limited-time costumes for Eve, Raven and existing Nikke chracter Scarlet and a new 3D mini-game called “Native Raid.” This is inspired by the cinematic boss battles as seen in Stellar Blade.
Over in Stellar Blade, the collab is in the form of paid DLC. The DLC looks to contain more content than just costumes like the previous Nier Automata paid DLC. This adds a new cover shooter mini-game inspired by Nikke, and even a boss battle featuring the previously mentioned Scarlet.
The release of the Nikke DLC for Stellar Blade coincides the PC release of Stellar Blade, out now. The PS5 version is also getting a free update which adds new content that were announced for the PC release.
Goddess Of Victory: Nikke is out now on PS, iOS and Android with over 45 million players.
According to Ruliweb, Stellar Blade has sold more than 3 million copies, 1 million was from the PC version which just recently launched.
