The Game Awards 2023 showed the trailer for Rocket Racing, a new game by Rocket League developers Psyonix. Or is it a game mode? As it’s technically an experience within Epic Games’ Fortnite, but the way it’s promoted is like it’s a whole new game. With a seperate social media account.
The trailer shows two Fortnite character driving cars from Rocket League in a race around a canyon valley. Power-ups and shortcuts can be seen used so this is more in vein of an arcade racer.
Rocket Racing will be available within Fortnite on December 8, check back in Fortnite later today.
