Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, Starring Rahul Kohli, Releasing This May

It’s time to rip and tear and purge the xenos in the name of the Emperor. Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, the boomer shooter (retro shooter) FPS by Auroch Digital now has a release date.

The latest trailer, which revealed the release date, shows glimpses of its pixely graphics that give that Doom 1993 look, but crisper and at a higher resolution.

In Warhammer 40K Boltgun, you play as Malum Caedo, a Space Marine under the Ultramarines chapter signified by the blue and gold armour- the poster boy of Space Marine chapters (the Warhammer 40K Space Marine game, and its upcoming sequel, also feature Ultramarines).

Fascinatingly, Malum Caedo is voiced by a star talent in the form of Rahul Kohli. The actor, also a known gamer, recently picked up the Warhammer hobby in January 2022. He even painted a Sternguard Veterans kit himself to match the design of Malum Caedo. Proper gamer stuff.

Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun will be out on PS4, PS5, PC (Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch on May 23.
