9th May 2016 was an incredibly special day for all Singaporean geeks, not only was Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End being launched officially at midnight, it was also the last official game launch at good old Funan Digital Life Mall before it shutters for a revamp.

Packed with PlayStation fans young and old, the excitement and hype for one of PlayStation’s marquee franchises was palpable. Sony and Naughty Dog have gone all out in the supposed last hurrah for Nathan Drake and company.

Game stations for Drake’s Fortune, Among Thieves and Drake’s Deception were set up for fans to relive some of the best moments of the franchise (Young Drake ftw!). The hype was real!

The highlight of the event, barring getting the game itself, was the Uncharted inspired obstacle course. Comprising of a gauntlet of rope swinging, upside-down climbing and climaxing with a steeply inclined ramp to scale, the fan with the best timing walked home with a spanking new Uncharted 4 PS4 bundle!
