Total War Warhammer III Omens Of Destruction DLC Adds Three New Playable Leaders

You know what they say, blood for the blood god, skulls for the skull throne. Creative Assembly is adding more Legendary Lords in Total War Warhammer III in the upcoming DLC and free update.

The new DLC, Omens Of Destruction, adds one new Legendary Lord (and accompanying new units) for the Khorne, Orcs & Goblins and Ogre Kingdoms factions.

The new leaders can be purchased as a bundle of three, or ala carte if you only fancy one or two of the factions’ new leaders.

And that opening quote isn’t just there for show. One of the new Legendary Lord is from the Demons of Khorne, which the battle cry comes from. And yes, this new leader’s mechanic does involved collecting skulls. Heck, it’s in the name: Skulltaker.

With this update, Total War Warhammer III will have 100 playable Legendary Lords in total. That’s 10 times the amount of playable leaders from the base game when Total Warhammer III launched in 2022. The RTS allowed factions from the previous two games (and its many DLC) to be imported, so long as they own the base games and DLCs associated as part of the Immortal Empires mode, which significantly increase the number of playable leaders and factions and races.

Total War Warhammer III is out now on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store).
