Here’s an oddity to report. Some games that are supposed to be available on PC Game Pass are conspicuously missing from the app in Malaysia.
This includes Rollerdrome published by Private Division, Remnant: From The Ashes and Remnant 2 published by Gearbox and Gotham Knights from Warner Bros.
Rather curiously, these titles, and possible more that are missing, are present in Singapore. If you’re from Malaysia, you can download these missing games by simply switching the region of your PC in the settings to Singapore.
Here’s the list of games on the Xbox app, in the “Recently Added” tab. The left is what is available if your PC is set to Malaysia, the right is when it’s set to Singapore.
Whether this is a technical error or an attempt at region locking is unclear.
UPDATE 13/13/23: Looks like Remnant: From The Ashes and Remnant II are now available in Malaysia. Rollerdrome and Gotham Knights remain missing.
