Skull And Bones Is Finally Out Sailing, 8-Hour Free Trial Available

Ubisoft’s sea-faring multiplayer game of pirate ships Skull And Bones is finally out. The game had some high-profile delays in years past, but it’s now ready to set sail.

Skull And Bones tasks you as a captain of a ship, sailing across the Indian Ocean during the second Golden Age Of Piracy. Party up as a group of up four players, or sail solo to take on contracts, treasure hunts, fort assaults, ship battles and more.

For those looking for a sampler, Ubisoft is offering a free trial available starting today with a generous 8-hour time limit. Progress will transfer to the full game should you purchase the game after playing the free trial.

Skull And Bones is notable for turning the ship combat gameplay of Assassin’s Creed III and IV Black Flag into a fully-fledge, seperate new IP, and the first game development led by Ubisoft Singapore.

Skull And Bones is out now on PS5, PC (Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect) and Xbox Series X|S.
