Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew Has Gone Gold, Pricing Revealed

Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, the next new stealth strategy game by Mimimi Games, and the first to be self-published, has gone gold.

Game development for the launch on August 17 has completed, so barring Cyberpunk 2077 levels of launch disasters, Shadow Gambit should be released as expected on August 17.

In addition, Mimimi Games also revealed the pricing of Shadow Gambit on PC. The list, however, is not complete as it only covers 17 of the currently supported 39 currencies on Steam none of which are from countries in Southeast Asia. And the Steam Store page isn’t updated with the price just yet.

But the standard edition of Shadow Gambit on PC retails at 39 USD, which should translate to around RM180 in Malaysia.

There is also the Supporter Edition which includes the games’ soundtrack (in MP3 and FLAC files), as well as the Artbook and Strategy Guide in PDF format.

Shadow Gambit has you lead a crew of cursed pirates to go do heists to defy against the Inquisition in this supernatural take on the golden age of piracy. As a stealth strategy game, you make use of each pirate crew’s unique ability to co-ordinate cool moves to sneak around, or take out, unsuspecting enemies.

Mimimi Games previously developed Shadow Tactics, the stealth strategy game with a medieval Japan flavour, and Desperados III.

Shadow Gambit will be released on August 17 for the PS5, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG) and Xbox Series X|S.
