ESL and Qualcomm has announced that they will be working together in creating a new mobile Esports series that will be set globally.
Dubbed “The Snapdragon® Pro Series”, this competition will see competitors all around the world compete in multi-genre mobile Esports titles, culminating in a live Masters final event. This will also see the competition splitting into three tiers, with the chance to be a victor and get a share of 2 Million Dollars in prize money.
With all of the major regions (that’s North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and North Africa) being involved, this should be the largest event that Qualcomm will be getting involved in, with them bringing in their Snapdragon powered devices as the tools for the tournaments.
No mention what games will be played during this tournament but expect them to be announced in the near future. For more info, visit their site here.
