Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Will Include Thai, Indonesian And Vietnamese Text Localisation

PlayStation Asia has revealed that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will receive text localisation in Include Thai, Bahasa Indonesia And Vietnamese.

This will be the first time for Insomniac’s Spider-Man games to receive text localisation in a major language spoken by folks in Southeast Asia, aside from Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.

Thai localisation has been confirmed before, but the addition of Indonesian and Vietnamese languages is new.

The Region 3 release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, on the PlayStation Store is listed to have English, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese.

It’s cool to see this level of commitment PlayStation has in supporting the Southeast Asia market.

Now, what should we do to get Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) to be supported in a big-budget AAA game?

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is out on October 20 for the PS4 and PS5. Limited Edition PS5 covers, DualSense controller and PS5 bundle are also coming to Southeast Asia.
