Logitech G announced today a new version of its high-end esports-ready gaming headset, the Logitech G Pro X2 Lightspeed.
The Pro X2 headset uses a new Pro-G 50mm Graphene drivers, which allows the headset to still be rigid while being lightweight. With esports players spending hours donning a headset for their scrims and competitive matches, a lightweight headset packing this many features (at 345g) should make this comfortable to wear.
The Logitech G Pro X2 Lightspeed headset can be connected via Logitech’s proprietary Lightspeed connection, Bluetooth or be connected with a wire via 3.5mm Aux cable. The Lightspeed connection can last up to 50 hours on a single charge and can maintain a connection range of up to a whopping 30 whole meters.
The headset includes a detachable boom arm for its 6mm cardioid microphone with Blue VO!CE software filters and G Hub app support. It also supports DTS Headphone:X 2.0 Surround Sound. And comes in two different colours: black and white.
Priced at RM1,099 in Malaysia, the Pro X2 Lightspeed gaming headset isn’t for everyone. And that’s fair, the feature set here is geared towards those who are looking for that competitive advantage in gaming, or aspiring esports athletes looking to level up their game with better gear.
