L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files Out On December 16 For Steam, Here’s What It Includes

L.A. Noire is now available on all the current generation of consoles (including the Nintendo Switch) and a VR version is about to drop next week after several delays.

L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files is not the full game in VR, but converts a lot of the cases that appeared in the game to utilise VR in full. Pick up and inspect clues. Look at the notebook and the witnesses directly. Engage in virtual fisticuffs and shootouts. Drive cars. All done seamlessly in VR.

The VR Case Files will have seven of the cases from the main game plus one tutorial level, covering all the desks protagonist Cole Phelps went through the main game. They are:

  • Tutorial: (Based on) Patrol: Warrants Outstanding
  • Patrol: Upon Reflection
  • Patrol: Armed and Dangerous
  • Patrol: Buyer Beware
  • Traffic: The Consul’s Car
  • Homicide: The Silk Stocking Murder
  • Vice: Reefer Madness
  • Arson: A Different Kind of War

L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files is so far only supports the HTC Vive. It will be available on Steam on December 16 for RM126.
