Granblue Fantasy: Relink, the action RPG by Cygames, now has a release date. A new trailer was revealed at Gamescom 2023 Opening Night Live.
Set in the same universe as the hit mobile gacha game Granblue Fantasy (and the fighting game Granblue Fantasy Versus), Granblue Fantasy: Relink has you in the role of a captain of a skyfaring crew where you sail for Estalucia. Along the way, you’ll recruit crewmates to join in the adventure.
Each character can be directly controlled, each with different moves and abilities. There will be a Full Assist mode to help out players that need them, but you can also take the time to learn each character’s attack timing and master it. You’ll also form a party out of the characters, where the right party formation could give an edge against your enemies.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink will be out on February 1, 2024 for the PS4, PS5 and PC (Steam). Cygames is developing and self-publishing the title digitally worldwide, while physical releases are under publisher XSEED.
