GOG has announced the newest edition of their GOG Galaxy client, aptly title “GOG Galaxy 2.0”.
One of their main selling point? The ability to combine your own games into one library and connect with friends across all gaming platforms.Which, in this era of multiple clients, is a godsend for PC players.

And by the looks of it, GOG is quite serious in this attempt, with a closed beta coming quite soon. Could they be the one to unite the PC factions into one? We just have to wait and see.
