Free Fire Is Having A Collaboration With Ragnarok With New In-Game Items

Here’s a collaboration event that Southeast Asian gamers can get by. The free-to-play mobile battle royale game Free Fire is adding in-game items based on Ragnarok. As in Ragnarok Online, RO.

Starting March 13th, players can claim in-game items such as the Assassin Cross,  Poring and Mr. Smile Mask through an event. These can be earned either for free or purchasable. Get your friends to log back in and they can claim a Poring hat too.

The Ragnarok IP is pretty big in the region, and so is Free Fire. So it’s a great collaboration between Garena and Gravity in this regard.

“Creating memorable Free Fire experiences is a priority. Introducing relevant content that our players enjoy – through this Ragnarok collaboration – does just that. Ragnarok is well loved by our communities across the world,” said Harold Teo, Free Fire Producer at Garena.

“Free Fire is one of the most played mobile games globally, and we believe the in-game inclusion of Ragnarok’s beloved favourites will be enjoyed by many.” said Harry Choi, Global Business Director of Gravity and Co-President of PT. Gravity Game Link

Free Fire is out now on iOS and Android.
