For Honor Showcases Single-Player Campaign

For Honor, Ubisoft’s melee action combat game, made its debut last E3 with a show of multiplayer. This year, they have shown the single player campaign. All three factions, the Knights, the Samurai and the Vikings all have its own campaign that on first glance, looks like a grittier, tougher Dynasty Warriors.

Normal soldiers can be defeated with a few button presses, but tougher opponents will make you engage them in a one-on-one battle, involving switching stances (left, right, overhead), blocking and attacking at the right time. So it’s not just button mashing to victory.

For Honor is slated for release on the PS4, Xbox One and PC on February 14, 2017.
