Ubisoft’s brutal 3rd-person brawler For Honor is gearing for a release and will go on closed beta on January 26. Like its name, you will get to fight for honor (and glory and probably various in-game rewards) as three different medieval factions: the Vikings, the Samurai and the Knights.
It’s a closed beta so you need an invite to participate in one. You could request for an invite by signing up here.
For Honor seems to be promising, but we can’t say for sure yet. The combat system is rad but how each match is played out might not be what we expected it to be. Just don’t write it off just yet and see if you can get into the closed beta and try it out yourselves.
For Honor is set to release on the PC, PS4 and the Xbox One on February 14.
