Death Stranding 2: On The Beach Releasing In 2025

Kojima Productions’ next game, previously with the working title “DS2” also known as Death Stranding 2 gets a surprise slot at the January 2024 State Of Play. The game’s now called Death Stranding 2: On The Beach.

The new trailer shows more returning faces. Sam Porter Bridges has a new companion in the form of a small puppet that insists he doesn’t want to be hung on Sam’s back hip. Fragile is here with what looks to be a face mask in the shape of two gloves, only for the trailer to show that the gloves that rest on her shoulder acts like limbs that she can control. The main villain Biggs now sports an axe (as in a guitar) and wields like an axe (like the heavy weapon with a large blade). Biggs even poke fun of Sam carrying a gun, as the trailer shows more combat moments which was rather sparse in the first Death Stranding.

But Death Stranding 2: On The Beach is still a courier delivery game. Sam is seen traversing new grounds, including a desert, as he brings the goods to connect more people in this post-apocalypse world. Sam is also working Drawbridge this time, which has an airship and of course, there’s a shower room on there.

Also, the baby is now a toddler?

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach looks to be the same unfiltered surreal experience as the first game- which has its fans and detractors.

We will have to wait a bit more, however. Death Stranding 2: On The Beach will only be out in 2025, presumably only on PS5. At least that’s two big games, alongside GTA VI, that’s coming out in that year.
