Cyberpunk 2077 is getting a major free update in the form of Update 2.0, available ahead of the Phantom Liberty expansion release.
Alongside the revamp for cops and the addition of car combat, the whole skill tree is getting reworked.
You still distribute stat points across 5 stats, each with their own skill tree (plus 1 new skill tree, Relic, if you own Phantom Liberty). Skills have been redesigned entirely, with interesting new capstone abilities unlocked only if you max out your stat points to 20.
Developers CD Projekt Red has released a build planner on the Cyberpunk website, enabling players to plan their build and distribute points. More importantly, it’s a good look at how the skill tree looks like once Update 2.0 hits.
Alongside that, the devs also released three videos to showcase builds that you can do in Cyberpunk 2077 post-Update 2.0.
