Monster Hunter: World has announced it will be coming out on PS4 and XBox One January 26th, 2018.
In a new trailer, fans are treated to the following: a new map, new monsters, as well as the reveal of the new flagship monster, Nergigante.
The trailer also shows a series first: animated cutscenes with actual dialogue. Previous entries have had cutscenes, though all dialogue was communicated in grunts.
The new locations include a new hunting area, Coral Highlands, as well as a hub town, Astera.
This new information comes following a reveal at Tokyo Game Show, which has many fans excited for the widely anticipated sequel and PS4 debut of the [...]
It has been almost a year since the first launch of the Playstation VR headset, one of the cheapest VR headsets for gaming available for consumers. Relatively cheap, that is. It costs RM1848 at launch for the headset alone, and the bundle that includes the Playstation Camera, mandatory for the headset to work, was RM2029.
Thankfully, an official price drop has arrived. Beginning September 1 the PS VR and Playstation Camera bundle is now priced at RM1749. That’s a RM280 price drop from the original bundle, and is also much cheaper than its standalone price.
So if you’re in the mood of getting one now is the right time to do so, especially if you have an [...]
Like many fans of the Marvel vs Capcom series, the announcement of a new installation after the abhorrent drop in support for UMvC3 was one I met with much excitement. Shame that as the news for the game keeps rolling, the game seems to be hemorrhaging any kind of expectation for the game, with bright neon signs pointing at possible culprits as to exactly why.
I’ll get this out of the way first- Disney. In every creeping corner of Infinite-related news you can smell that mouse just around the corner, rubbing his hands enthusiastically saying “hot dog!” as Marvel continues its ongoing Disney-ification of all its properties. Disney has had [...]
The good people at Capcom have dropped a new trailer for the widely-anticipated Monster Hunter: World today. It features a new area, the Wildspire Wastes as well as a first look at some new monsters, on top of announcing the return of cool older wise.
Structurally, the Wildspire Wastes fulfills the mandatory “desert zone” requirement of every Monster Hunter game. These maps contain areas of extreme heat, which gradually drain health unless you stock up on cold drinks beforehand. The wastes also seem to have a muddy zone, the function of which we’ll get into later.
The main monster shown off is a returning Baroth. This large brute wyvern has a giant [...]
Sony has revealed the new features that will be introduced in the upcoming software update for the PS4. Codenamed Nobunaga, the 5.00 update adds a little bit of everything, including new system languages.
For Southeast Asian folks, now you can have your PS4 menus in Indonesian, Thai or Vietnamese. It also adds support for Czech, Greek and Hungarian.
Other than that, now you can have multiple adult accounts managing children accounts, with the ability to specifically set age ratings per account rather than per system.
You can now create custom lists for friends and new broadcast features allow PS4 Pro owners to stream at 1080p 60fps on Twitch, spectator comments [...]
